OMAHA NEW BUILD

We were engaged early in the design process, which gave Sage & Nook the opportunity to thoroughly review the plans and become familiar with the architect's intent and our client's vision. White-washed red cedar cladding flows into the entry hall, blurring the line between indoors and out and setting the tone for this laid-back beach property. Three different living zones branch out from the entryway (open plan living, bedrooms and bunkroom). Our brief is to work alongside the owners to select colour, finishes, fittings and furnishings for all areas of the home.
