OUR PROCESS
From concept to execution, Sage & Nook can assist with all aspects of renovation, rebuild, refurbishment or simply a soft furnishings upgrade. We understand the importance of balancing beautiful aesthetics with function to meet the needs of our clients. Our fee structure is customised to suit your brief and we are then able to provide you with a full interior design package or simply a plan you can execute in your own time.
Stage 1
LETS MEET
All projects begin with an initial consultation at your home to discuss the full Scope of Works. This is a relaxed meeting where we can talk about your vision, ask lots of questions and start to understand your preferences and requirements.
It is also an opportunity to look at the space, take photos and measurements and discuss project timeline, scale, budget, structural requirements and any other relevant factors. The fee for this initial consultation is $350 incl GST.
After our meeting we provide you with:

Stage 2
DESIGN CONCEPT
Based on the scope of works and your brief, we will develop a concept which will inform the design direction throughout your project.
This may include floorplans, a colour scheme, moodboards and a selection of furniture, fittings or materials that help us present the overall scheme.
Stage 3
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Once you are happy with the design concept we can help you bring it to life in a timely and cost effective way.

SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
Sourcing, gathering quotes and ordering all the elements required for the project can be a very time-consuming and costly task. Sage & Nook make this stage of the design process hassle-free for our clients by presenting you with a range of products and services required to complete your scheme. Our access to trade-only suppliers often means more choices at more competitive prices!
STYLING
Sage & Nook can oversee the styling of your home to ensure all elements are carefully put together to balance the space. A house is not a home without adding those final warm and inviting touches!
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
More complicated spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and areas with custom joinery may require full sets of concept plans, elevations and 3D images so the design details can be effectively communicated with you, your builder and any relevant contractors.
DESIGN MENTORING
If you are happy to go it alone and just need some expert advice or a plan you can execute in your own time , we are able to share our industry knowledge and provide guidance and support along the way as you complete your renovation.
